1K Voice very busy these days

I just sent an e-mail to 1K Voice on an unrelated matter and received the following automated response:
"Normally, we respond to requests within 2 business days. Currently we are experiencing very high email volumes so there may be a delay in our response to you. We are currently responding to emails within 5 days.

We are doing everything possible to respond as soon as we can. We regret that our current volumes are not allowing us to meet the level of service you expect. We very much appreciate your patience during this time."

Well, unless United's operation performance has been sub par recently, they must be getting an earful from the 1Ks regarding the "program developments" that will "benefit" us and that Mr. Smisek keeps describing as changes "I think you will like" before each on board safety video.

I just cannot imagine that they'll stay put with so many outraged reactions coming to them through every single communication line. I wonder how long it will take before we get an update on this new FF program.
