How does one argue with Aeroplan agent that there is availability -if he/she says no
How does one argue to an Aeroplan agent that the customer, through use of the KVS or expertflyer or some other travel tools, is aware of award availability on a certain route and date, on a certain airline - but the Aeroplan web site does not show this availability, and the Aeroplan agent also states that there is no availability?
