It is clear, but the trouble is that FlyerTalk is poorly organized:

1.bmultiple pages that many people do not visit, and

2. too many forums.

As it is currently organized, FT is contrary to human behavior. Humans seek community with many users, rather than only a few people in a narrowly-defined niche topic.
