What if there was a new forum that was limited to one post per topic, where FT'ers could announce and link to program-specific topics with potentially broad appeal. Call it "FT Alerts" or "Hot Topics" or ? This way, FT'ers could be made aware of great deals in programs that they usually ignore. This might also solve the problem that frequently occurs when there are two separate discussions on the same subject, one in MilesBuzz and one in the appropriate program forum.

Optionally "Hot topics" could even be added automatically to point to the most active threads.
