@notquiteaff: I didn't understand a lot of the things that Hertz did. Perhaps it is just the result of an outdated system. The system they use or at least did when I was there, was DOS based with a limited Windows application.

@zalee: I don't remember a specific rental but I seem to remember adding the numbers in whenever people said they were unable to add it for various reasons on their own.
