Hyatt is very good at looking after loyal customers. And if one is serious about doing business with Hyatt, it's not about how many points one can get out of a complaint. Let the GM or Front Office Manager know what your expectation was and how they can meet it the next time and I will guarantee you that at any given Park or Grand Hyatt will go out of their way to make your next stay more than perfect.
