I realize the CRJ and Dashes are actually different types of aircraft. I was simply comparing that both the CRJ/DH3 seat 50, have sky check, tarmac to tarmac service (although at some stations CRJ's use a bridge). In general, as a passenger whatever rules apply to a DH3 also apply to a CRJ (minus needing to bring duct tape to shove into various holes to stop the vibration sounds in the cabin).
