Rented with Hertz #1 Gold at OGG. Rented FCAR and got a Camry...wasn't very impressed as the car exterior wasn't washed, had dings/scratches all over it and over 13K in mileage.

Don't get a black colored car as its hard to see all the dents and scratches when the car isn't washed. As a previous poster mentioned, get out at
the check out shack and ensure you mark all the dents and scratches noted before driving off.

Shuttle was very prompt and good for getting in/out of airport quickly....
I liked the Hertz Gold service just wished we had gotten a better upgrade
and condition of car.
