Thanks for the official statement. I'm still a little concerned that flights are showing up on the AE search engine that phone agents can't see, as well as flights for LH, OZ, and LX (there may be others) that show as available through the ANA Tool but AE agents don't see.
If there isn't any Starnet blocking, then I hope this Aeroplan IT issue will soon be resolved.
+1.^ I've always had a hunch that its' been an ongoing journey to almagamate the various animals (routes of other partners) to a IT system that is seamless. We can always dream about the day we can access the most obscure and point beneficial routes available online at our finger tips.
How bout dropping the booking fees on the routes we can't see online.
