If it helps, there are some people in local forums who feel that GA didn't deserve their four-star rating, or that PAL should also have their rating upgraded. Well, let's see how Skytrax responds: I've decided to stop relying on them after they "sanitized" my positive review of CZ.

If there's any indication, according to local forums, NH and KE will be the first two airlines to use NAIA Terminal 3. NH will be flying to NAIA-3 when it starts service in February, while KE will move in June. All other airlines will move to NAIA-3 in December 2011.

Rumor has it that RP-C8168 is also being refurbished so that there will be a uniform 747 product.

I can probably deduce from here that PAL will gravitate towards Star or SkyTeam. However, when I talked to a relative who's a PAL executive, she told me that their closest U.S.-based partner is AA. But, it seems that Oneworld won't expand Southeast Asia beyong HKG, and I wouldn't want PAL to be the vassal of CX and JL.
Either way, I hope PAL gets into SkyTeam. At least VN and GA don't have to start their own U.S. flights!
