Since the OP mentioned that he already dropped to gold last year, he would definitely not be targeted for a promo to give him a higher level than he currently holds.

OP,

Take a mileage run to get over 70K and be back to Plat. You can then hope that the exception rule for Lifetime Plat kicks in. (Unless you used to qualify for Plat on segments)
