First, I stay frequently (4-5 times a year) in The Fiesta Americana Veracruz and the rooms are great, it has better beds and space than those in other hotels such as holiday inn, crowne plaza etc.....that must be the reason why the airplane crew from Continental airlines always stay here. However, the problem seems to be that checking in and out always takes about 20-25 minutes.

Regarding the Fiesta Rewards program, it is terrible...i signed for this and haven't been able to check not even once my statement online...the website is horrible and the menu is hard to navigate...the website never loads...I call customer service and give them my information and they are not able to help.....so it seems I have points but cannot redeem for rooms or anything else as 1) the website doesn't allow you to do anything and 2) customer service is just plain useless.
