Take a cheap flight from the UK(or nearby) to preferably Mia-FLL, or otherwise NYC or DC.(Wasn't a cheap Spanair rate recently listed n this thread?)
Then use Spirit Airlines to Lima and Cancun.. dirt cheap fares even if it means backtraking to the USA each time. In the latter case use MIA-FLL
as your fulcrum.
