Thanks for all the comments and advice. I've been to HK a few years back, so no need for sight-seeing - just food and drink! Well, assuming we're on time I've agreed to meet my friends at Central at about 7 and then go and eat Plan is to leave them about 10, which should give me plenty of time to get back to the airport - will let you know how it all goes.
