Same here. I found it in my spam folder where it belonged. It is only good for the $321 full flex fare, or the $357 first class, and not the $99 Best Deal fare. Completely useless. If I had enough money to fly first class, I wouldnt give a d*mn about $35!

The hard copy birthday card I get in the mail from SWA makes me feel much more valued as a customer. Not this bait and switch advertisement.

Whooops, had to edit to add that I finally found web fares that it would work on. Problem is that I have to drive 90 miles to a small airport in the middle of no-where, and take a connecting flight at 5am. But I will save $10 doing this........ ahahahaha.
