Seriously, I like Ancien Maestro's suggestion. Figure out, based on 365.24 days per year (more precise figures are available with a quick Web search) exactly when the anniversary of your birth would be. Whatever day that's part of this year, based on where you are at that moment, is your birthday. After all, the designation of when a calendar day starts and ends is arbitrary. Your birthday of record depends on where your mother happened to be at the time. It could have been a day off if she had been somewhere else.

Meanwhile, you get a bit of what folks born on February 29th have three years out of four.
