When it first opened and I witnessed a bloody drunken fight in the Lobby. I was pretty shaken up and felt the hotel did a horrible job in guest safety. There was no security just these young inexperienced front desk clerks. I had spoken to the general manager the morning after, he told me to call him if there was anything the hotel could do for me. A few days later while checking out I asked to speak to the general manager again. I thought it would have been appropriate for them to refund that one night. The front desk manager call the general manager and he said he didn't remember talking to me

This wouldn't have been Valentine's Day of 2009 would it?
