I think it's the caterer..... I just flew CDG-YYZ on AC in J and the beef dish was overcooked and zero taste. Didn't like the cold chicken plate prior to arrival as well, but at least better than the prior greasy sandwich. They still served foie gras despite a few posts here that seemed to indicate the contrary. But the meals on YYZ-CDG were quite good and cooked correctly.
