I second CATMAN's sugestion, many of us occasionally have transferable coupons and offers that we are unable to use, and would be happy to give to interested parties participating in Flyer Talk.
I would suggest that such a forum be titled something like "Free coupons and offers" I think that Flyer Talk is a unique source of information about the world of FF programs, and that such a forum would be a logical enhancement. (using the word "enhancement" with its traditional meaning, not in the context, as used to describe modified, but not really better frequent flyer programs)
