I ordered military-style dog tags from http://www.dogtagsonline.com/keyt.html and I've been really happy with them. I ordered the standard embossed tags along with black rubber silencers, but rather than using their connection hardware I used some heavy duty keychain rings to attach the tags to my luggage.
