With all the news about the Phillippines (considering) allowing "Open Skies", will PR - PAL survive without being a member of an aliance? Their FFP is quite good for USA/Manila pax's with easy qualification for Premier Elite status (x2 business class or x3 qualifying economy class per year). Maybe Skyteam would be the most likely.
