You are in a constitution free zone when held by the TSA. I would never go into a private room with the TSA blueshirt. We already see how they hate travlers (smellies, fatties) and they are extremely frustrated along with poor background checks (stalkers apply). Even if there is another Blueshirt in the room with you they could both abuse you and you would have no recourse. Your word against them. Always in public with many witnesses. Somebody will scream rape from one of those private rooms soon.
