BA's Club World product is consistent. You are guaranteed to get the standard flat seat.
I understand that some of EY's seats are much better than others and even if the flight is scheduled to be operated with the most preferred aircraft there may be a last minute equipment swap giving the OP an old-fashioned seat.
It would be a real shame to take EY and discover that because the aircraft you were scheduled to take suffered technical difficulties you are in business class on a 2 cabin aircraft with a cradle seat all the way from AUH to MEL.
