I dont think there has ever been PHX/BUF service at least not in the last few years. There definitely isnt any now. If anything, they've eliminated non-stop service from PHX to East cities.
Neither HP, AL or old US had PHX-BUF nonstop service. WN currently has the nonstop flight in that market.
