Please at this hotel I would say no problem. They would keep your luggage on hold for a long time I would think. Then again you do not live there like Dr H and I have over 40 stays and no idea how many nights there so not sure. I would just tell the bell man to put the stuff in storage and you will be back tomorrow.
I think lots of guys use hotels as a base then fly around for the week and then return to there starting point.
