The bread ex HKG is always bad (both in J and Y) and I can never figure out why; the territory has some great bakeries so clearly the local clientele likes good bread. My J main last month was great (some sort of white fish steamed with soy) but the salad was wilted. If they use CX catering (like most do) out of HKG they're obviously capable of producing a good product based upon other airlines.
