Upgraded F pax does not get automatic SC access.

PM or above get SC access when flying into Canada no matter which fare class. Last time I check the parliament buildings were not flying the star and stripes.

If you get upgrade to F on any leg of your flights you get F benefit for the whole itinerary. (3 check bags) Your F upgrade also give you SkyPriority which as a Silver you do not get.
