I don't think so because it doesn't mention a purchased FC ticket. For other issues, once one is upgraded, DL (and most US-based carriers at least) is admanent that one is not treated differently from those with purchased FC or BE tickets, possibly with the exclusion of OPUPs. (On NW, the FAs didn't know, although on DL the boarding pass displays the upgrade inventory code but I believe this information is not on the flight manifest.) For example, if one gets a BE upgrade before the gate for JFK-LAX, one has SC access.
