Why would an officer be assigned to duty if they don't even know simple rules and their lack of knowledge resulted in an officer stealing a persons property as this officer did.

I was in here and saw the postings about him....Scott is a friend of mine....and we talked. I didn't think he was going to post so I posted....then he showed up.....
Also....I didn't see the orginal post....as it had nothing to do with me and/or I wasn't hanging out in here.....
I come to check out the stuff about Continental, United, and Hawaii (now Alaskan since they are doing more flights out here)....peek in here...and usually leave in disgust because of the ant-LEO crap that tends to go on here....
