Your bags should go through but be sure to keep your baggage claim check. As slwkf1 mentioned the sticker is likely to be on the back of your boarding pass. Last time I was in CDG the AF agent printed a new AF boarding pass for me and threw the DL boarding pass with the sticker into the trash. At my destination my bag was one of the last ones off. It was then I realized what happened to the claim check. Luckily the bag arrived.
