Direct hotel promos won't come out until 60-90 days before your trip - that's why you can't find a better deal right now.

Budget $400-$500 for the flight from YYZ and you can roughly get the cost of hotels. The best deals are for 5* hotels (Bellagio/Wynn/Encore) which are running around $100/nt and much cheaper than discounts anyways. Wynn/Encore on Expedia also include a $100 resort credit depending on dates which bumps them a notch above Bellagio.

What is your budget? Its easier to recommend hotels knowing how much you want to spend.
