Even though the two airlines have "merged," CO is obviously not playing by UA's rules yet.
Next time I would suggest flying UA...soon enough there won't be any CO any more anyway.
I believe that soon enough there won't be UA's rule anymore.
I got some information from other UA station which is not in the US that they are learning the new procedures -->CO's
