Once upon a time the airlines bought nothing but the best. Now they buy and serve what the market will bear. I think that all this "celebrity" nonsense is just that - but I agree with Disco Volante this lady is not a celebrity she is one of the world's finest experts. If she no longer feels that what is being served is anything with which she wishes to be associated then I admire her for not letting her standards go.
