I'm sure you must manage your HIEX superbly since you take time out to help IHG customers on these forums. Great customer service in my eyes. Think the hotel I am due to stay in has similar standards as the manager seems to respond to every review on Tripadvisor!
Well sometimes the codes are obvious, like IDAAA for AAA or IDARP for AARP (or more accurately, for anyone over 55 years of age now) But then you come across a different one every now and then like INCMP (comp rate) which I notice isn't even in the rates list here
But yea, if you're happy with the rate then who gives a rip about the code.
I do try to manage well. Some days it works, some days it doesn't but the good days far outweigh the bad. But thank you for the kind words.
