Great service via TG's Los Angeles phone agents.
With all the negativity on the TG forum I thought I just share my $0.02 on the experience with the TG Los Angeles reservations office over the phone.
First of all, I've called three times regarding some trivial questions, seat assignments and the BTC.
All three times I've been connected to a cheerful agent whit in 40-50 seconds of calling in, in each and every call.
All three times I've been greeted warmly by the three different agents who properly identified themselves and asked if they could be of assistance.
At the end of the call in all three instances, each agent asked if there was anything else at all they could assist me with other than the reason for the call.
I don't know how they would handle complicated situations, but as far as I'm concerned, I was provided with some of the best phone service possible, deserving of recognition.
