This can be set so the server updates itself its clock all the time, once an hour, once a day, or however often is necessary. I have my servers do this once every few hours. I'd be happy to provide any assistance needed with implementation of this.

Or if neccessary, I can walk 100 feet down the hall and ask the writer of NTP for assistance.

Although, trust me, it's very easy. 1 binary and 1 cronjob.... just "set it and forget it" (multiple puns intended)
