I think they're on some flavour of Linux, so syncing up is almost trivial. Info on ntp (Network Time Protocol) can be found here:

This can be set so the server updates itself its clock all the time, once an hour, once a day, or however often is necessary. I have my servers do this once every few hours. I'd be happy to provide any assistance needed with implementation of this.
