I think they're on some flavour of Linux, so syncing up is almost trivial. Info on ntp (Network Time Protocol) can be found here:

http://www.eecis.udel.edu/~ntp/

This can be set so the server updates itself its clock all the time, once an hour, once a day, or however often is necessary. I have my servers do this once every few hours. I'd be happy to provide any assistance needed with implementation of this.

BTW, it was exactly 21:43:00 US Eastern time as I clicked "submit" on this post the first time. Looks like we're now almost 9 minutes off...
