During my DL attempt, I went to the PSB near Palm Springs (Chaoyang) and I was the
only foreigner one of the two ladies there had registered (ever). Fortunately her colleague had done one a few years prior. A few years ago, I registered at the PSB near Guomao and they were a bit more on the ball, but were equally apathetic about it.
