Hey, spare a thought for the poor sap who has to buy wine for UA.

I just got off a flight from HKG to SFO (on UA) and they served "Chablis". It wasn't described as a "cheeky little 2007 William Fevre Chablis". It was just called CHABLIS, in big, large letters. As if my 7-year old daughter had written on the label with permanent marker.

Granted, it was wine. And it had alcohol in it. And it may be been "bottled" in France. But that was about it.

Give me the BA wine list any day. Pleeeeeease!
