Not sure if the crew were rude on the LHR flight as I wasn't there - that isn't acceptable however if you were in Euro Traveller - technically they are correct - London Pride is no longer carried in the Euro Traveller bars and is not part of the ET product. Now, the confusion, and inconsistency can come from if there is a low load in Club, the crew in Club can often ''push through'' with the Club bar and serve Euro Traveller with this bar which has the ''extra goodies'' - as per product and service standards - we can serve the Johnny Walker Black label, and Smirnoff blue (instead of Red) but none of the extra drinks for Club, however some crew do...

Also I agree with being careful about mentioning crews names on here, regardless of if they are good or bad. If you want to recognise a member of crew for excellent service there is a form on ba.com.

Oh and just to add, we are allowed to serve extra drinks after the main service (providing someone isn't drunk!!!) so feel free, but obviously you shouldn't be ''taking'' unopened alcohol through customs! Which in your case as you explained you didn't but anyway....
