As far as I can see it is real time availability and payment is taken at the time of booking.
Looking for Sat 4th December (thought I should write it that way as was not sure whether UK or US date format is used on this forum) for one night for three people in a triple room.
I thought that I would not get points and that they would not match price but wanted to check with all you knowledgeable people on here!
