I use a T-Mobile pre paid sim.
Trimmed it to fit my iPhone too...
Only wish I could get a data package on it.
Starting about a month ago, you can now do certain data + voice plans by the month with T-Mobile. So, you pay a month, use it for voice and data, and then switch it back to the PAYG by the minute plan at the end of the month.
I used it with a Blackberry - I would think the same plan should work for an iPhone.
