Yes, I generally only get them for the bonuses and/or for the 1st year no fee.

However, the CapOne Aspire World can be considered a $20 fee card, in a way. And since it comes with lots of insurance coverage (travel medical, trip interruption/cancellation/delay, baggage loss/delay, extended warranty for up to 2 additional years, etc.), it's a great value, IMHO.

EDIT: Should also mention, supplementary cards are free on the Aspire, they are not on most of the other cards mentioned in this thread. But travel medical only covers primary cardholder + immediate family.
