I dont agree.

For a web-based application, a problem with the browser IS a problem with the software, if it is a browser everybody is using. (In this case I'm using IE 6.0 which I guess is the most popular, or at least in the top 3). The publisher should figure out a way to deal with the problem so that people dont lose their work.
