The 'Manage my Booking' facility makes it easy for you to organise your trip. Log in as a Flying Blue member and receive a summary of all your bookings. For more information see klm.nl.
- Online upgrade? You can book an Award upgrade online by logging into your Flying Blue account on klm.nl and going to ‘Manage your reservations’ or ‘Manage my Booking’. Here you will automatically see if your ticket is eligible for an upgrade. This depends on your booking class, availability of seats in a higher class, your Miles balance and the airline flown. Upgrades with KLM and AIR FRANCE must be booked 24 hours and 72 hours respectively prior to departure.
- Keeping track of your journey
