Planning to buy HNL-SFO next year, but the price looks higher than the usual (about $100 higher). I suspect it will go down. Does UA offer a voucher for the difference in fare if the price goes down?
I google that and old websites suggest that UA would offer a refund as a voucher up to $150, which would work perfect for me:

On the other hand, I was looking at the fare restrictions and it seems the change fee is actually charged.
