Check directly with the Metropole. The rooms they have with 2 queens (newly rennovated in West Wing) will comfortably fit three adults as long as two of you can share a queen bed. It is not the best hotel in London, however the location is extremely convenient from a transport perspective, and the staff are very nice. I wouldn't worry about the exec lounge here anyway- it is nothing to get excited about. Be sure to phone the hotel during London business hours so you can talk to someone there- by the way this hotel does like to take good care of gold/diamond/repeat guests.
