I don't know how many people's reservation is affected, but SPG's inability to resolve the issue is beyond anyone's imagenation. If they could manually add these resevation back to person's account for those email/call them would at least showing that they are doing something. Unable to resolve the issue for more than 1 month without clear path and deadline is totally accetable. I will send SPG a strong email after Thanksgiving if problem is still not resovled by then.
