Yes, after the last long outage on 2/23, I started a thread on Only Randy Petersen re. But I can't search that now.

My thoughts exactly! I'd be happy to host it off of my personal website, as I'm sure alot of FT'ers would be, if there is no other server that it could be posted on from Randy's outfit. But, if, for example, insideflyer is on a different server than FT, one could simply publicize the link, e.g.,
www.insideflyer.com/ftstatus or some-such and then give exactly the info Matthew suggests
