Thank you! I did call HA customer service last night. They said only coach plus offered the same day standby and no change fee. These were the two benefits I was interested in. First class does offer a bigger seat (hardly an issue on a 30 min flight) and free bags ($27 for 2 bags.) I decided it wasn't worth twice the cost and purchased coach plus. I'll repost after our trip in April if I find out different information.
